This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Licensify when you use the Service or when you otherwise interact with us.

By accessing or using the Licensify website (licensify.co), the Licensify service, made available by Licensify OÜ (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and Terms of Service agreement.

We know that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. By visiting the Licensify.co website, you are accepting the practices outlined in this policy.

Section 1. Information You Provide to Us

Licensify will collect following information you provide to us:

A. Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for an account with the Service;

B. Profile information that you provide for your user profile;

C. Communications between you and Licensify, including but not limited to Service-related e-mails (you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails). We collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in such emails;

D. Purchase photography usage rights;

Section 2. User Content Policy

Licensify exercises the following policy with respect to user content:

A. In order to provide the Service, we collect your user content and personal information contained in any user content, including but not limited to data, text, information, usernames, messages, images, graphics, illustrations, photos, search queries, links, other information and data or any combination thereof, transmit or store with the Service (“User Content”).

B. When you create, submit, post, store, send, receive, transmit or share User Content via the Service, we temporarily process and store such User Content on our servers. We may retain and process content for as long as it’s reasonably required to provide the Service.

Section 3. Information We Collect Automatically

A. Device information. We may collect and store information about the computer or device you use to access the Service, including the operating system and version.

B. Log Information. When you use the Service, our servers may automatically record certain log file information from your device, computer or browser, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, information about your mobile device, number of clicks and how you interact with links and content on the Service, domain names or pages viewed.

C. Cookies and similar technologies. When you visit or interact with the Service, we may use cookies to collect information about how you use the Service. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters, that may be sent from the Service to your computer or device that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. Licensify may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

A. Provide, maintain, personalize and improve the Service, including to provide additional features and content, process transactions and send you related information, and otherwise to plan for and enhance our Service.

B. Provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of the Service, develop and test new products and features and diagnose or fix technology problems.

C. Monitor and analyze metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, demographic patterns and other trends and usage activities.

D. Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service.

E. Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.

F. Communicate with you about products, services, rewards, and events, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you.

G. Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better user experience.

H. Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity.

I. If you are contributor, to compensate you and identify your uploaded content as your content.

Section 5. Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

A. With third parties at your request. For example, you have the option to share your User Content with your friends, clients or public through email or various social media sites and third-party applications.

B. With the public at your request. If you interact with the Service on social media, for example, by tagging images or other content on other sites or services, that piece of User Content will be linked to Licensify on our website or social media profiles and Licensify may display your User Content publicly.

C. With third parties in response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation, subpoena/court order, or other government request, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation.

D. With third parties in order to (i) investigate, enforce or remedy violations of our user agreements or policies, including the investigation of potential violations thereof, (ii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, (iii) protect the rights, property and safety of Licensify, our users or others, or (iv) detect, prevent, or otherwise address criminal (including fraud or stalking), security, abuse or technical issues.

E. Other parties, in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, change of control, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, or in the event of bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings.

F. With your consent or at your direction.

Section 6. Security of Your Personal Information

A. The security of your personal information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers.

B. Password security. Your password is hashed in a way that Licensify does not have any means to see, restore or remind it to you. In case of lost or forgot password the only option is to create a new one. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Licensify, at all times.

C. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. Licensify cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to Licensify or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, destroyed or otherwise interfered with.

Section 7. Childrens' Privacy

A. Licensify does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13.

B. In the event it has come to our attention that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at licensify@licensify.co.

Section 8. Third-Party Sites and Applications

A. You may arrive at the Service from another website, service or application. In addition, the Service may contain links that will let you leave the Service and access another website, service or application, or share your User Content to such websites, services and applications. Websites, services and applications linked to or from the Service are not under the control of Licensify and it is possible that these websites, services and applications have a different privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy applies solely to the information that is acquired through your use of our Service, and/or your relationship with Licensify. We accept no responsibility or liability for these other websites, services and applications. Please check the individual privacy policies before you submit any information to third party websites, services and applications.

Section 9. Account Closure

A. If you wish to delete your account, please write us at licensify@licensify.co, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or as part of our regular retention practices, including for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time. Please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have shared with others or with social media sites.

Section 10. In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy

A. In the event that Licensify is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

B. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.

Section 11. Changes and updates to this Privacy Policy

A. This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically and this will be reflected by the "effective date" above. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. We will use contacts provided by the registered users to notify and inform about future changes to this Privacy Policy.
